Abstracts

You must apply to the conference by sending a summary. The summary evaluation process takes a maximum of 4 days. The author is informed without delay as to the result of the evaluation. Your abstracts must be in the 200-300 word range.

 

Please provide the following information:

  1. Abstract Topic – abstracts must be allocated to a specific Theme, Topic and Sub-Topic. Please visit main page.

  2. Presenting author's contact details (should be the same details as the submitting author so that the presenting author receives the correspondence about the abstract)

    1. Email address

    2. Full postal address

    3. Phone number

  3. Author and co-authors' details

    1. Full first and family name(s)

    2. Affiliation details: department, institution / city, state (if relevant), country

  4. Abstract title - limited to 20 words in UPPER CASE

  5. Abstract text – limited to 300 words 
    (Please Note: Word count is affected when graphs/tables/images are added) 
    Abstract layout - Abstracts must be submitted with the following sections:

    1. Objectives

    2. Methods

    3. Results

    4. Conclusions

  6. References are not obligatory for the abstract.

  7. Tables – A maximum of 3 tables of up to 10 rows x 10 columns can be included per abstract.

  8. Graphs and images – It is important to note that each image included in the abstract is worth 30 words. A maximum of 3 images can be included per abstract. 
    The maximum file size of each graph/image is 500 KB. The maximum pixel size of the graph/image is 600(w) x 800(h) pixel.

Since the conference has an INTERNATIONAL nature, it is mandatory to send an abstract in English.
Full Text Writing Rules

- Times New Roman, 12 pt. (Manuscript title, author names, institutions, e-mail addresses, abstract and keywords should all be in 12 pt.

For parts such as graphics, tables
the font size of the author can be determined by the author in the most appropriate way)
- Give the line spacing 1.2

- Do not indent at the beginning of the paragraph from the left.
- MAIN titles should be written in CAPITAL letters and bold
- Citation and Bibliography should be arranged in APA style.
- Your full texts must be at least 5 pages.
- ABSTRACT, INTRODUCTION, RESEARCH AND FINDINGS, CONCLUSION AND REFERENCES in your full texts
parts of it should be shown under separate headings.
