Registration and Payment

1- Apply by sending an abstract. The abstract evaluation process takes around 2-4 days after receiving your application​

2- After having your acceptance please transfer the participation fee to our bank account/ credit card payments. ​

4- After your payment please send a copy of payment receipt to us​

5- Participation fee is 35 USD

6- Congress participation is free for Ukrainian researchers.

7- In person meeting/presentations will be held in  Ukraine
